Yes. Sure. I have booked with break fast but they did not provide break fast they are saying break fast not included

Not happy with the stay. The room is not as expected. The bath room smells bad. Wi-fi not available they had some challenges internally. Change over of service providers. Being late at night. I can't ask for a change of room. No option left.

Room is not as expected. bathroom is not clean. Flush is not functioning properly. Airconditioner stopped working in midnight. Intercom not working contact reception. Restaurant is also not clean. Overall it's a terrible stay.

"i had a great stay at this hotel. The room was nice, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the overall atmosphere made for a relaxing experience. Everything was well-maintained, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Would definitely stay here again"
